The Coos Co. Grand Jury returned an indictment of Murder against a 29-year old California male accused of shooting and killing another male at a birthday party celebration in North Bend early Sunday morning, July 13. Miguel Alejandro Iniguez was arrested without incident six-hours. Twenty-one year old Luis Mario Castillo Murillo died of a single gunshot wound to the head. The Grand Jury accused Iniguez of three crimes: Murder; Felon in Possession of a Firearm; and, Theft in the First Degree. Iniguez allegedly stole the handgun used in the shooting, which was recovered. His next court appearance is Tuesday, July 22.
