Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 17, 6:43 a.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., “PV Mall request officer for transient not cooperating when asked to leave, officers contacted the subject who is previously trespassed,” 37-year old Mitchell Bissonnette, Coos Bay, charged with Criminal Trespass II, “cited in lieu of custody, subject cleaned up his property, returned shopping cart in his possession, and agreed to leave property.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD lo for July 17, 8:07 a.m., Lakeshore Dr. & Stillwater Dr., “officer observed subject jump into bushes when passing location, contacted the female subject, served CCSO valid warrants” charging 33-year old Wendy Covey, Coos Bay, with Probation Violation on PCS Meth, “no bail, this subject is currently being cited in lieu of custody.”

Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 17, 8:38 a.m., 2300 block Broadway Ave., 37-year old Mitchell Bissonnette, “was cited and released in lieu of transport for Criminal Trespass II, also charged with Probation Violation.

Disorderly with Bat
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 18, 12:36 p.m., Virginia & Arthur, “male with bat hitting things as he is walking down street, 2nd RP advised 30-minute time delay / officer checked area UTL GPA / RP will call back is he returns. At 1:06 p.m., 1900 block Virginia Ave., “report of subject threatening customers at laundromat with a bat officers respond, subject left area on foot, officer located the subject on Marion Ave.,” 37-year old Mitchel Bissonnette, Coos Bay, charged with Disorderly Conduct & Criminal Trespass II, “subject taken to BAH for evaluation.”

Elude
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 18, 7:49 p.m., Sheridan & Virginia, 20-year old Zachary C. Smith, North Bend, cited for DWS Violation, Driving Uninsured, MIP Alcohol while Driving MV, warned for Failure to Obey Traffic Control, cited for DUII – Alcohol (0.15%), “will be referred for Attempt to Elude, subject was cited in lieu of custody due to COVID-19.”

Burglary
According to an entry on the NBPD log for July 18, 9:27 p.m., 2100 block Hamilton Dr., “911 report of burglary from residence, theft included 2 firearms, officer made contact, report taken for Burglary I & Theft I.”
