Review the OTC/ODOT Strategic Action Plan communications templates and Key Messaging Framework. Decision items – Approval of allocation of Federal-Aid Highway Program funds for Federal Fiscal Year 2020. Approval of delegations of authority from the OTC to the ODOT director for the Connect Oregon dedicated intermodal facility project agreements.
