Health officials in Coos County say a Halloween Party in Douglas County has led to seven positive cases of the COVID-19 virus so far and five of those seven were from Coos County. Eric Gleason, with Coos Health & Wellness says about 50 people attended the party. Health officials are working with the organizer of the party to determine if any protocols were followed and who might have been infected. Gleason described the party as a “high-risk activity” that many ignored.
