OTC to meet virtually, Jan. 21

SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold a formal business meeting on Thursday, Jan. 21 beginning at 9 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually to ensure public access while maintaining social distance in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Items on the agenda include: ODOT’s Budget Challenges: Update on ODOT’s long-term budget challenges, including progress made to date and its road map to closing the gap. COVID-19 Relief Package: Discussion on allocating funds from the federal COVID-19 relief package. 2021-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program: Presentation and approval for additional funding for accessible, ADA-compliant curb ramps in the 2021-2024 STIP. 2024-2027 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program: Presentation and approval of the program-level funding allocations for the 2024-2027 STIP. Connect Oregon: Request authorization of construction funds for the Treasure Valley Reload Center and Mid-Willamette Valley Intermodal Center dedicated projects.
