It will offer home décor, clothing, arts and crafts, and handmade items. Shutter Creek Correctional Facility in North Bend will close by January 2022. It employs 87 people. Construction on phase one of Eagle Landing, a mixed-use community development in Happy Valley, will begin this spring. It will include five mixed-use buildings with residential, retail, and office space; parking; and a hotel. Phoenix Animal Hospital, which was destroyed in the Almeda Fire, will reopen in a temporary location in Medford. The Basic Botanist, a plant store, will open at the 5th Street Public Market in Eugene.
