Two earthquakes shook the Pacific Ocean seafloor off of the South Oregon Coast early Saturday morning, Jan. 30. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quakes, magnitudes 2.8 Saturday & 2.9 Friday, were located west of Port Orford in between the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast. Both were at a depth of six-miles.
