Oregon Employment Dept. weekly report – The Pantry, a bulk food store and coffee shop, opened in Bend.  Dollar General will open a store in John Day this summer. It will employ six to 10 people. Columbia Memorial Hospital added a pediatrician at CMH Medical Group & Urgent Care – Seaside, a nurse practitioner at CMH Warrenton Primary Care Clinic, and a nurse practitioner at CMH’s three urgent care clinics in Astoria, Seaside, and Warrenton. Clean Juice, CVS, Max Nails Nail Salon, Orangetheory Fitness, and Ovation Coffee & Tea will open at the Mercato Grove in Lake Oswego this spring. Rogue Retreat and ARC plan to open Heart Village, a transitional housing facility for recovering addicts in Medford. Studio 590, a barbershop, will open at the 5th Street Public Market in Eugene.
