According to a news release from Coos Co. District Attorney R. Paul Frasier dated Feb. 11, 2021, “Yesterday afternoon Frank Glen Mason IV entered guilty pleas to several crimes related to the incident of November 13, 2018 in North Bend, Oregon. Mr. Mason plead guilty to the following crimes: 1. Manslaughter in the First Degree as to the death of Leslie Mason; 2. Attempted Murder in the Second Degree as to the shooting of Lindsay Pease; 3. Unlawful Use of a Weapon as to the defendant shooting at Jarrod Pultz; 4. Unlawful Use of a Weapon as to the defendant shooting at Robert Marshall; and 5. Recklessly Endangering Another Person as to one of the shots fired by Mr. Mason passing into a neighboring house and nearly striking an occupant in that house. Sentencing in the case is set for February 26, 20121 at 1:00 p.m. in the courtroom of the Honorable Martin Stone.”
