SALEM, Ore – The Forest Trust Land Advisory Committee will meet virtually via Zoom at 9:30 a.m. Friday, February 19. Items on the committee’s agenda include: An update on the Santiam State Forest recovery plan and the ODF North Cascade District Implementation Plan revision; State forest access and related rulemaking; Update on the Western Oregon State Forest Habitat Conservation Plan and the National Environmental Policy Act process. The Forest Trust Land Advisory Committee is comprised of seven county commissioners representing 15 Oregon counties where state forestlands are located. The FTLAC is a statutorily established committee that advises the Board of Forestry on matters related to forestland managed by ODF.
