North Bend Joint City Council/Parks Advisory Committee/URA Work Session, April 26

The North Bend City Council, Parks Advisory Committee and Urban Renewal Agency will hold a Joint Work Session on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. The agenda will include the following: Ferry Road Park Disc Golf Pilot Update; Level of Police Service; Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Update; Urban Renewal Agency Capital Outlay Questions; Executive Session pursuant to ORS § 192.660 (2)(d) to conduct deliberations with those persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations. Executive Session pursuant to ORS § 192.660 (2)(e) to conduct deliberations with those persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. Executive Session pursuant to ORS § 192.660 (2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
