Marshfield’s girls beat visiting Elmira 42-21 Tuesday at the Pirate Palace in Coos Bay in a District 4 prep basketball game. The tied for third-place Lady Pirates (2-2, 2-4) are scheduled to play at second-place Junction City (2-1, 4-2) Thursday, 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast on FM 105.1, KMHS.
