SALEM, Ore. – The Oregon Conservation and Recreation Advisory Committee will meet virtually on Aug. 30, 2021. The meeting will be held from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Members of the public who are interested in participating in the meeting can access it on Zoom. The Committee will be considering the opportunity to provide funding for an invited project proposal entitled, Green Jobs Training and Internship Program. Materials for the meeting are available on the Committee’s website. The Oregon Conservation and Recreation Fund (OCRF) is a public-private partnership that supports projects to implement the Oregon Conservation Strategy and connect people with the outdoors. The Advisory Committee provides recommendations on expenditures from the OCRF to the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission. More information on the OCRF can be found at OregonIsAlive.org.
