CCSO release – On 08-28-21 at about 0906 hours, Deputies responded to the area of Dairy Queen on Cape Arago Hwy for a report of a male exposing himself. Deputies arrived and contacted 33 year old Mark Dixon who threw a rock at one of the Deputies vehicles. Deputies told Mark he was under arrest and Mark turned and ran away. Deputies located Mark hiding in a yard of a nearby residence. Mark broke a yard lamp on the property before being taken into custody. Mark was transported to the Coos County Jail for charges of Criminal Mischief III, Disorderly Conduct II and Elude.
