Quakes, Sept. 10

A couple of earthquakes shook the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Thursday, Sept. 9. The largest was a 4.3-magnitude right at the junction of the two fault lines, southwest of Petrolia, CA near Cape Mendocino in Northern California. The second quake was on the outer fault line, a magnitude 2.8 west of Bandon off the South Oregon Coast.
