The City of Coos Bay has contracted with Pleasant Hill Development, LLC to demolish the building located at 891 N. Front Street. Work is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. The work zone includes the on-street parking areas to the North and East of the building. There will be no pedestrian foot traffic or parking in these areas. Access to surrounding businesses will not be affected. Please exercise caution when in the construction area.
