ODOT release – ODOT: SW Oregon: Oregon 138 West (Elkton to Sutherlin Highway) is now open to a single lane of traffic at milepost 10.8. Flaggers will provide traffic control. Motorists should expect delays up to 20 minutes. The highway had been closed since Friday morning due to a rockslide 10 miles south of Elkton. The highway may be limited to a single lane for a few days as contractors remove loose rocks on the slope next to the roadway.
