Festivals Returning to Oregon Coast, Jan. 5

Two seafood festivals postponed last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, are scheduled to return this year. The Annual Charleston Crab Feed and the Annual Newport Seafood & Wine Festival. Both have websites taking early ticket sales for their events in February. Charleston Crab Feed – The Charleston Crab Feed will be held Saturday, Feb. 12, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the North Bend Community Center on Broadway Ave. Fresh Oregon Dungeness Crab will be served with whole dinners priced at $25, and half dinners at $20. Includes salads, beans, bread, beverage and a dessert. Pre-pay online at www.eventbrite.com Newport Seafood & Wine Festival- It’s the original, and some say still the best. The 45th Annual Newport Seafood & Wine Festival returns to the Central Oregon Coast Feb. 24-27 after a year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
