Theft
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Feb. 20, 1:55 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave. Safeway, 31-year old Ryan David Willingham charged with Theft II, “additionally he was transported to CCJ on Bandon Police PC for Burglary II, Theft I, Forgery I, 17-counts ID Theft & 17-counts of Unlawful Use of Credit Card.”
