According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 10, 8:08 a.m., 31-year old Richard L. Orton arrested on NBPD warrant for FTA on Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor, Resisting Arrest & Assaulting a Public Safety Officer, “cited in lieu of custody.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 10, 2:02 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, 33-year old Patrick Kelly Crockett arrested on two NBPD warrants charging Probation Violation on original charges of five-counts Contempt of Court & one-count CCSO warrant charging Probation Violation on an original charge of Contempt of Court, “due to CCJ refusing to lodge, Crockett was cited in lieu of custody.”
