The North Bend Fire Dept. will host its annual Open House on Oct. 21, 5 to 8 p.m., at the Fire Station on McPherson Ave. The event will include: Tours of the Fire Station; Inflatable Obstacle Course and Slide for the kids; Have your picture taken with Sparky or on the Fire Engines; Fire Truck Rides; and, Learn about Fire Safety & Prevention from the NB Firefighters. The first 500 visitors will enjoy a free BBQ of hots dogs, drinks & chips.
