According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 23, 1:02 p.m., 1700 block Waite St., “vehicle entered and items taken.” Twenty-five year old Robert Mason “arrestee.”

According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 23, 2:01 p.m., Newmark & EZ Mart, “wanted subject observed in the area,” 25-year old Robert Michael Mason arrested on CBPD warrant for FTA on Burglary II, Theft I, Criminal Mischief II, Possession of Burglary Tools, & FTA I, “cited in lieu of custody, Jail would not lodge.”
