CBDA release – Come explore and spend the day in downtown Coos Bay and celebrate the start of the holiday season on November 26th. Start your day off with Shop Small Saturday and bring your receipts from local downtown, Front Street, and Coos Bay Village businesses, to Jennie’s Shoes at 262 Central Avenue, 10 am to 3 pm. For every $100 spent you will receive a commemorative holiday mug featuring the historic district logo. Supplies are limited, so don’t miss out. A little elf spilled the news that Santa will be at the Coos Bay Visitor Center at 50 Central Avenue on Saturday, November 26th from 1 pm to 5 pm. Walk on by to get a candy cane, take a photo and drop your “wish list” in Santa’s special mailbox. Santa and the Mayor, Joe Benetti will continue the festivities by lighting our downtown community Christmas Tree at 5:30 pm. Eat, shop, mingle and explore your Coos Bay downtown for the holidays.
