SALEM, Oregon—The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department’s All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Advisory Committee will meet Nov. 30 to review potential legislative bills, online course changes, sound-level issues and other program updates. This will be a hybrid meeting with options to attend in person or via Zoom Webinar, which is open to the public to join as attendees. In the event that an in-person meeting is no longer feasible, the meeting will move to online only in a Zoom Webinar. The potential legislative bills include requiring an ATV Safety Education Card for Class IV ATVs and to modify the definition of Class IV vehicles to better fit with industry standards.
