According to an entry on the CBPD log for Jan. 3, 4:42 p.m., 1000 block Newmark Ave., 24-year old Dallas Vincent Bennett arrested on CBPD warrant charging three-counts of ID Theft & Aggravated ID Theft, “Bennett was transported to CCJ.” Also, 38-year old David Harlyn Wright, Jr., “was cited in lieu of custody on North Bend charges for Criminal Mischief Three and Theft Two.”

Jail was contacted and denied lodging and this is the 3rd time subject has been arrested for breaking into this building.”
