Southwestern Oregon’s men moved into a two-way tie for first place in the South Region of the NWAC basketball race with a 75-74 win at home over visiting Clark College Saturday. The Lakers (3-1, 11-6) play at Umpqua CC, Wednesday, Jan. 18, 7:30 p.m. SWOCC’s women also won, 68-65 over Clark. Southwestern (2-2, 6-9) is at Umpqua CC, just north of Roseburg at Winchester, on Wednesday, 5:30 p.m.
