A couple of earthquakes shook the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 3.4-magnitude quake was recorded off the South Oregon Coast, west of Coos Bay, early Thursday morning on the outer fault line. And, a 2.8-magnitude quake was located at the southern junction, west of Petrolia, CA, near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
