Heidersheit; Information to be released: On March 6th, 2023 at 12:01 p.m. Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy B. Freerksen responded to the Coos Bay Police Department to take a report of a violation of a court order (Stalking order), which had occurred in the county jurisdiction. Deputy Freerksen took the victims statement and then attempted to locate the suspect, Nicholas Heidersheit (35) years of age of Coos Bay. Deputies Freerksen and Baker located Mr. Heidersheit in the city of Coos Bay and interviewed him about the incident. After completing the investigation it was determined Mr. Heidersheit had violated the stalking order which he had previously been served and where he is listed as the respondent. Nicholas Heidersheit was placed under arrest and transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked.
