The first event will be held Saturday, March 18, to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day. The Saint Patty’s Day Block Party starts with local performers at noon. Then get ready to party with Captain Blue band from Roseburg during a free concert hosted by the City of North Bend. Inside the event tent, this danceable rock and roll band will be playing from 3:00-6:00 pm. Union Ave., North Bend.
