SALEM, Ore. — The Committee for Family Forestlands will meet virtually on Thursday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. To join virtually, please use the Zoom video conference information found on the agenda. The committee’s agenda includes: Forest Resources Division update; Private Forest Accord Small Forestland Investment in Stream Habitat Program (SFISH) update; Legislative update; Forest legacy update; Board of Forestry update including Forestry Plan for Oregon (FPFO); Discuss procedure and topics for CFF annual report; CFF members and succession; Round table discussion. The meeting is open to the public to attend online via Zoom. Public comments will be accepted near the start of the meeting. The 13-member committee researches policies that affect family forests, natural resources and forestry benefits.
