Devon Allen won his second title in two weeks as he capped the USATF Championships with an electrifying win in the 110 hurdles, Sunday, beating a field of professional athletes and Olympians in the process. Allen edged Ryan Wilson by five thousandths of a second at the finish line to match his personal-best time of 13.16 he clocked while winning his NCAA Championship at Historic Hayward Field, June 14. The win is a historic one for the freshman. Allen is the first to pull off the NCAA/USA double since former world-record holder Renaldo Nehemiah in 1979
