North Coos Waterfront picked up a couple of American Legion baseball wins over Brookings 20-7 & the Three Rivers Blasters from Florence, 11-1. The Waterfront has an AL doubleheader scheduled against the Eugene Ole’s Wednesday, July 12, at Eugene. South Coos lost an AL doubleheader to Roseburg Pepsi Tuesday, 9-1 & 12-2. Coach Chilly Peck says they just couldn’t get the bats going in both games.
