North Coos and South Coos got together for an American Legion baseball twinbill at the MHS Field Friday and came away with a split. South Coos, “The Nooks” took the first game 9-8 in the bottom of the 7th, and “The Waterfront” grabbed the nightcap 6-5 in the 8th. The State Tournament is July 20-24.
