The South Coos Nooks got a split with the Eugene Athletics in an American Legion baseball doubleheader Friday Night. Chilly Peck says “we were bit shaky in the in the first game, (1st game of the season) we lost 11-1. We bounced back and won the 2nd game 4-2.” South Coos then played Dr. Randols from Roseburg, “Won the first game 5-4 and lost the second game 5-4 (9 innings).”
