On May 5, 2014 at about 4:30pm, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported assault that took place near the 600 Block of Fred Taylor Rd in Siletz, Oregon. An adult female reported she had been assaulted by 40 year old Siletz Resident Tina Haught-Andris. The female sustained minor injuries to her face, arms, and knee. Deputy Bruce McGuire conducted an investigation and found that Haught-Andris came onto the female’s property and started assaulting her in front of her grandchildren. The female defended herself and called 911 with the help of her grandson. Haught-Andris was arrested and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail for one count of Assault IV misdemeanor. Her bail was set at $15,000.00.
