Myrtle Pt., CCSO release – On April 26th 2018 at approximately 9:26 P.M. a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to 51149 Walter Donald Road near Myrtle Point to take a report of an assault which had occurred. The deputy learned a fight had ensued between 22-year old Bohdi Labato, Broadbent, and Billy Tadej over the WiFi inside the residence. Labato had changed the password and would not let his stepfather have access to the WiFi. Billy Tadej then went upstairs and got Labato’s mother Stacy who then tried to cut the WiFi wire with scissors. Meanwhile, Tadej was reportedly verbally abusive to Labato who was holding a glass of water threatening to douse his mother with it if she did not quit trying to cut the wire. Tadej and Labato reportedly struck each other twice so a physical fight erupted between Tadej and Labato. In the melee, Labato hit Tadej with the glass causing physical injury to Billy Tadej who ended up in the emergency room at Coquille Valley Hospital. After an investigation by the deputy Bodhi M. Labato was arrested on the charge of Assault II. Mr. Labato was transported to the Coos County Jail where he is being held on $25,000 bail.
