8th St., Lakeside, CCSO release – On August 31, 2019, at approximately 1:08 AM, Coos County Sheriff Deputies were advised of multiple people fighting in the parking lot of McKays at 200 S. 8th Street in Lakeside. It was reported a male was attempting to drive away while intoxicated as well as trying to fight individuals in the vicinity. Upon arrival, Deputies located a female who was bleeding from the nose. It was learned that 27 year old Justin E. Frison had punched the female in the face, causing her nose to bleed uncontrollably. The Deputies noticed the female’s clothing was covered in blood as well as noticed blood on the inside drive door when the woman was seated. It was also learned the female and Justin were dating. While interviewing witnesses at the scene, another woman provided a video of Justin being physically aggressive towards his girlfriend by grabbing and pulling her in an attempt to leave the scene. The witness was also struck in the nose by Justin while she attempted to intervene and stop Justin. By the time Deputies had arrived, Justin had fled the scene. A short time later, Deputies were notified that Justin was seen walking on S. 8th Street towards Highway 101. Deputies responded and located Justin, apprehending him without further incident. Subsequently, Justin E. Frison was arrested and transported to the Coos County Jail. Justin was held pending charges of Assault in the Fourth Degree (Domestic), Harassment and Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree.
