According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Aug. 22, 1:53 a.m., Newmark & Brussells, 21-year old Michael McKinney, North Bend, arrested on chares of Attempt to Elude in Vehcle, Reckless Driving and cited for DWS Violation, Driving Uninsured and Failure to Previous Violator to File Insurance. Also cited for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device and the vehicle was impounded. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
