Back to School, Sept. 3

It’s back to school time this week for those attending public and private schools in the Bay Area. Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in school zones where the speed limit is 20 mph. Law enforcement plans on having a presence at the schools with patrols both at the beginning of the day and at the end.
