Oregon Governor Kate Brown has added the closure of Restaurants and Bars in the State to the list of COVID-19 casualties. The mandate, which can be enforced by a Class C Misdemeanor citation, went into effect Tuesday, March 17 statewide. Establishments that offer food or beverage take-outs or delivery will still be allowed to operate.
