The body of a 27-year old Roseburg male was found face down at the water edge along the North Umpqua River Monday afternoon, March 24. Robert “Patrick” Brislan disappeared while walking to a friend’s home the night before. Investigators speculate that Brislan fell some 50-feet down an embankment. Friends and relatives retracing his steps discovered the body.
