Brandy Bar is located on the Umpqua River, Hwy. 38, east of Reedsport. Subject to public review and comment, DEQ intends to renew the Brandy Bar Landing Wastewater Treatment Facility permit, which allows Brandy Bar Landing to discharge wastewater to the Umpqua River. DEQ is reviewing a permit application from Brandy Bar Landing. Part of the review process is an opportunity for public comment, based on the application and other DEQ information.
