News release Capt. Kelley Andrews, CCSO, Friday, July 14. I wanted to give you an update on the unidentified deceased person from July 4 who was found on one of the horse trails at Bullards Beach State Park. He has been identified using fingerprint technology. We are not releasing the name of the person as we are still investigating the cause and manner of death and attempting to locate a next of kin. At this time, it appears the person did NOT have any familial ties to Coos County. Again, foul play is not suspected. The investigation is ongoing.
