Burglars arrested, April 3

On March 26, 2017, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office investigated burglaries at the Drain Saw Shop and the Rose Garden Tavern in Drain. Through an interagency investigation with Eugene Police Department and the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, suspects were identified and probable cause was developed. Douglas County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1500 block of North Denebo Avenue in Eugene, OR on March 29, 2017, with the Eugene Police Department and Lane County Sheriff’s Office. As a result of the search warrant, stolen property was recovered linking suspects to the crimes. Deputies arrested 46 year old Terry Leon Trudeau and 34 year old Brandon Linn Wilson, both of Eugene, OR. Both Trudeau and Wilson were lodged at the Douglas County Jail on charges of Burglary I, Aggravated Theft I, Criminal Mischief and Possession of Stolen Property.
