The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office received a report of multiple burglaries that occurred at a residence located at 1680 S. Crestline Drive, Waldport, Oregon. The burglaries were reported to have occurred between the dates of November 24 and December 5, 2020. Investigation revealed 52 year old Jack Edward Sigler of Waldport unlawfully entered the residence on multiple occasions and removed valued property without permission. Sigler was found to be in possession of several items stolen from the residence and was taken into custody by Deputy Dalynn Shinholster and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on December 9, 2020. On December 15, 2020 Sigler was indicted by a Lincoln County Grand Jury on three counts of Burglary in the 1st Degree (164.225) and one count of Theft in the 1st Degree (164.005) related to the incidents.
