Troy Ln.,CB, CCSO release – On September 09, 2019, at about 10:05 pm, Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance on Troy Lane in Coos Bay. The caller reported she and 39 year old Jacob Michael Baumgardner had been in an argument about a water hose. The caller stated Baumgardner had stolen her water hose off of her travel trailer which was parked on the same property as Baumgardner’s. After the Caller removed the water hose from Baumgardner’s trailer, Baumgardner approached the Caller’s trailer and hit the awning support on the Caller’s trailer, causing damage. The Caller said after Baumgardner damaged her trailer, Baumgardner entered her trailer without her permission, assaulted her and stole a knife. Baumgardner was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Assault 4th Degree, and Theft 3rd Degree. Baumgardner was transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was lodged on the charges.
