News release from the Lincoln Co. Sheriff’s Office. On July 11, 2015, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residential burglary complaint in the 9000 block of S Schooner Creek Road, Otis, Oregon. An investigation revealed the home owner’s residence had been entered by force and multiple items were taken. On July 12, 2015 Deputies conducted further investigation into the burglary and suspect information was gathered. On July 13, 2015 Detectives with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Crime Reduction Unit (CRU) obtained and executed search warrants for an apartment and two vehicles in the 3500 Block of SE Harbor Drive, Lincoln City, where stolen property was recovered. The Lincoln City Police Department assisted at the warrant location. The following suspects were contacted, arrested, and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail: Lenore D. Raby – 44yo Lincoln City Resident; – Charges- Burglary 1st Degree (Conspiracy), one count; Theft 1st Degree (By Receiving), one count; Bail – $200,000. Brandin L. Krebs – 29yo Willamina Resident; – Charges- Burglary 1st Degree, one count; Theft 1st Degree, one count; Criminal mischief 2nd Degree, one count; Bail – $215,000. In an effort to locate additional stolen property and suspect/s from the Lincoln County Burglary, Sheriff’s Detectives conducted follow up investigation at a residence in the 400 Block of SW Hill Drive, Willamina, Oregon. During a consent search of an outbuilding at the location, Lincoln County Detectives discovered a methamphetamine laboratory and a possible explosive device and related materials. The Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office and the Oregon State Police responded and assisted with scene investigation. The following suspect was arrested and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail: Scott A. DeLong – 39yo Willamina Resident; – Charges- Burglary 1st Degree, one count; Theft 1st Degree, one count; Criminal mischief 2nd Degree, one count; Bail – $215,000. Investigation also determined the suspect/s had committed other burglaries in Yamhill County. Krebs and DeLong are expected to face additional criminal charges there as well.
