Oregon Employment Dept. weekly report – The Corral Tap Room & Food Carts will open in Prineville. Earthly Home Natural Market, a health food store, opened in John Day. Vegabond 3D, a collaborative makerspace, opened in Warrenton. Windsor, a women’s clothing store, will open at Vancouver Mall. Two Cinemark movie theaters – Century 16 Eastport Plaza in southeast Portland and Century 16 Cedar Hills in Beaverton, will reopen after being closed due to COVID-19. Biscuits and Vinyl, a record store that was destroyed in the Almeda Fire, reopened at a new location in Talent. Several businesses permanently closed in Eugene due to COVID-19 including Tamarack Aquatic Wellness Center, Potala Gate, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Skopil’s Cleaners, Mudra Yoga Eugene, Northwest Strength Institute, Nobody’s Baby, and three St. Vincent de Paul thrift stores.
