It offers coffee, teas, smoothies, fresh-pressed juices, and vegan and gluten-free sides and baked goods. HOPE Chest Neighborhood Thrift Store will open in Rainier. New Port Distilling, a tasting room offering gin and vodka, opened in Central Point. Lebanon-based Colette Bakery and Bistro will open a pop-up shop inside Sweet Things Boutique in Sweet Home.
