A 3.4-magnitude earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California Monday morning, Feb. 10, where two fault lines leave land and enter the Pacific Ocean before turning north and running parallel with the Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 11:09 a.m.
